Man who tried to sell his girlfriend’s daughter, 4, while high on meth is jailed
A cruel drug user has been jailed for trying to sell his girlfriend's daughter while he was high on methamphetamine.
Callous Harry Day, 29, was arrested at the Speedy Mart gas station in Corbin by the Kentucky State Police.
While up to his eyeballs on meth, he was attempting to sell his girlfriend's daughter for $2,500.
The person who spotted him jotted down his description and licence plate allowing police to track down his white Nissan.
They then found the toddler at home with mum Gertrude Hanson.
According to information on a Facebook page, she is a daughter from a previous relationship.
A press release from State Police read: "While at the residence troopers found Methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia."
The crazed couple had admitted to using methamphetamine earlier in the day.
Day was then slapped with charges of promoting human trafficking of a child under the age of 18.
Henson was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor.

The duo appeared in court on Monday and pleaded guilty to the promoting human trafficking charge, reports Times-Tribune of Corbin.
But as part of the plea agreement, DUI charges against Day were dropped.
He has been in trouble with the law for possession of methamphetamine, according to online reports.
Methamphetamine is a class A drug and is among the most ravaging substances in the world, causing devastation among many US communities.
It can also cause wreak havoc on people's physical appearance, resulting in crooked, black and missing teeth.
