Cops secret adult film life as Rico Blaze investigated for filming on duty

A police officer in Phoenix has been accused of making porn films while on duty and working from home.

Officer Christian Goggans is facing an internal investigation from the Phoenix Police Department for allegedly producing pornography and distributing the explicit content online under the name 'Rico Blaze'.

Sources said that while the 30-year-old officer was on home duty he had been travelling to Las Vegas to produce and star in pornographic films, Arizona's Family reports.

Goggans then allegedly distributed the explicit content by uploading the videos to a public Twitter account and an OnlyFans account under his alias.

The force's public information officer told Arizona's Family that home duty required Goggens to call in once a day, but wouldn't go into detail about why he had been placed on home assignment.

A statement from Phoenix police on Monday confirmed the investigation, they said: "We can confirm there is an open internal investigation underway involving Officer Goggans.

"Officer Goggans was on home assignment prior to the start of the investigation for unrelated and non-disciplinary reasons."

The officer joined the Phoenix police department in 2020 after graduating from the academy and receiving his badge from Bethany Bible Church in September of the same year, The Daily Mail reports.

But he was placed on leave in October, according to officials.

Police told The Daily Mail: "Officer Goggans was on paid leave prior to the start of the investigation for unrelated and non-disciplinary reasons".

A source told Arizona's Family that Goggans had been making the porn, described as "extremely graphic", since 2019.

The Twitter account in question has been retweeting messages of support in response to news of the investigation.

One person wrote: "Always Gonna Support My Guy! No Weapons formed against you shall prosper. Definitely praying on your behalf BossMan".

Another said: "You’ll always have my support people are always going to judge whether you do the right thing or the wrong thing so keep doing your thing!"

A third supporter added: "You get that love and support because you do great work, King".

The account also Tweeted a message thanking people for their support on Tuesday, it read: "I truly appreciate all the love and support I’ve been getting".
