Celtic star’s model girlfriend wows fans with selfies ahead of St Mirren clash

The model girlfriend of Celtic star Kristoffer Ajer has been sharing a string of glamorous snaps ahead of today's clash with St Mirren.

The Norwegian star has been dating Marte Kopp for around a year and they look absolutely smitten together.

They now live in Glasgow and shared a selfie at a Lewis Capaldi gig last year.

And she endeared herself to Hoops fans even more by sharing a snap in the stands of Celtic Park.

In the run up to today's 3pm Scottish Premiership game, she shared a selfie in the mirror from Amsterdam that one fan described as being "cute".

Another commented with a string of love emojis to the model who has thousands of followers.

She leads an exotic lifestyle, jetting off to holiday hotspots around the world.

Ms Kopp has been seen in New York, Milan and Venice.

Her boyfriend's side are enjoying good fortunes in the league, where they lie 13 points ahead of bitter rivals Rangers.

But they crashed out of the Europa League to Copenhagen last month in a bitter disappointment.

Ahead of today's clash, boss Neil Lennon spoke of the possibility of playing games behind closed doors due to the coronavirus outbreak.

He said: "It's not ideal but they've had to do it in Italy.

"I don't know the financial situation of other clubs but I would say it would be very detrimental to their financial wellbeing.

"You want to play the games and obviously we want to play them in front of full houses because that's what football is all about.

"We've been told not to shake hands with people or stop for selfies or photographs.

"That's not us meaning to be rude or anything like that. We have to protect the players and the staff here as much as we can."
